New Clark City, is envisioned to be a new growth area for PH. It is planned to become a smart, sustainable and disaster-resilient metropolis for 1.2 million residents with facilities for government, sports and recreation, mixed-use areas, and educational institutions. Likewise targeted is an innovation and industrial corridor to accommodate activities for light manufacturing, logistics, storage, cold storage, warehousing, and food processing. Other investment opportunities in New Clark City are for a high capacity mass transport system, utilities development (ICT/Telecom), and operations and maintenance.
