URGENT ADVISORY No. 14



In view of the Stage 3 Reopening of the City of Toronto, the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto is pleased to inform the public that effective 04 August 2020, its regular business hours is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday except on Philippine and Canadian public holidays.

As previously stated in Advisory No. 13, the Philippine Consulate General will continue implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect public health when availing of consular services:

  1. Only applicants with confirmed appointments will be allowed entry in the Consulate. Walk-in applicants will not be entertained.   2. All applicants are required to undergo a temperature check and execute a Health Declaration Form before they are allowed entry in the Consulate. Those whose temperature ranges from 37.5 and above are advised to postpone their visit to the Consulate and immediately seek medical check-up.
  3. All applicants are required to wear non-surgical masks.
  4. Applicants are advised not to come earlier than 15 minutes before their appointed time. Those who will come earlier than their appointed time will be asked to wait outside the building to avoid over-crowding.

    5. All applicants must bring a self-addressed EXPRESS POST ENVELOPE so we can mail back to you your documents or passport.
