For purposes of the 13 May 2019 Philippine mid-term national elections, all Filipino citizens who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on 13 May 2019 are encouraged to register at the nearest embassy/consulate or other registration centers authorized by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to be able to vote overseas for Senators and Party-List Representatives.
All qualified Filipino citizens who are not registered overseas voters or have not voted in the last two Philippine elections may submit their application to vote personally at any Philippine Embassy, Consulate, Manila Economic Cultural Offices in Taiwan or authorized field registration centers for biometrics capturing and submit the following requirements with the COMELEC registration form: 1) Photocopy of valid passport or if dual citizen, 2) Copy of Oath of Allegiance or Proof of Philippine citizenship from the Bureau of Immigration; or for seamen, 3) Copy of Seaman’s Book.
Registered voters in the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto but have not voted in the 2013 and 2016 elections may visit the Consulate until 30 September 2018 for reactivation of their records.
While registration started on 01 December 2016, the period for overseas registration will continue until 30 September 2018.
The 30-day voting period will commence on 13 April 13 2019 until 13 May 2019 (Philippine time) at the Philippine Embassy, Consulate, Manila Economic Cultural Offices in Taiwan, or other foreign service establishments authorized by the Commission to conduct the voting and counting. Time of voting will be announced later.

The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto is open from Mondays through Fridays, except on public holidays, from 9 am to 4 pm, to process overseas voting registration.
