We are pleased to inform you that the Philippine Department of Health (DOH) recently issued Administrative Order (AO) No. 2016-0004 entitled “Revised Guidelines in the Facilitation and Management of Foreign Donations involving Health and Health-Related Products.” The objective of the said AO is to enhance the system of foreign donation facilitation, streamline the processes and clarify further the documentary requirements for particular types of donations.
