The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto joins the Filipino nation in commemorating the 127th anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. José Rizal with the theme “Rizal: Pundasyon ng Kahapon, Isinasabuhay Ngayon” (Rizal: Foundation of the Past, Living Today).
