The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto would like to advise the general public to visit regularly the webpage (link below) of DTI’s Philippine Shippers’ Bureau (PSB) for updated lists, alerts and advisories regarding accredited freight forwarders.
Overseas Filipinos and their consignees are encouraged not to do business with companies not accredited, or which were issued Show Cause Orders, by the PSB.
Consumers/ consignees with complaints on undelivered, pilfered, damaged or lost balikbayan boxes may report or submit a written complaint to PSB through: FAX at (632) 751-3305; EMAIL at dti_psb@yahoo.com.ph; or CALL at (632) 751-3330.
