The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto would like to inform the public of the advisory from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Enforcement and Investor Protection Department (EIPD) on the investigation conducted on SUCCESS200 INTERNATIONAL MARKETING CORPORATION or SUCCESS200. The investigation showed that the said entity is engaging in unauthorized investment-taking activities without the required registration in violation of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC). The public is advised to exercise caution in investing their hard-earned money in similar high-yield, high-risk investment schemes.
