Philippine Consul General in Toronto receives Tourism Representative

Consul General Orontes V. Castro receives a book from Tourism Representative Francisco Hilario M. Lardizabal titled Bucket List Philippines published by Eastgate Publishing, with support by the Philippine Tourism Promotion Board.

31 October 2019, Toronto, Canada-Philippine Consul General Orontes V. Castro of the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto, received Tourism Representative Francisco Hilario M. Lardizabal on 31 October 2019. Mr. Lardizabal assumed his position as Tourism Director of the Philippine Department of Tourism-New York in August 2019. He oversees tourism campaigns for Eastern Canada.

During the call, Consul General Castro and Mr. Lardizabal briefly discussed the plans and programs of the Department of Tourism aimed at promoting the Philippines as a choice tourism destination and boosting tourist arrivals from Canada. END.
