The men and women of the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto wish to thank The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, for visiting the Consulate on 06 June 2019, to express condolences on the passing of Consul General Rosalita S. Prospero.
Her Honour is the representative in Ontario of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation also go to Toronto Mayor John Tory, officials of the Canadian government, Consuls General and representatives of the consular corps, leaders and members of the Filipino community who wrote letters and emails and who came to sign the book of condolences. We will convey your sympathies to the family of Consul General Prospero. Thank you letters to follow.
