2023 National Heritage Month “Heritage: Change and Continuity”

The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto joins the nation in celebration of the 2023 National Heritage Month by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 439, which aims to actively foster consciousness, respect, and love for the nation’s culture and history among Filipinos.
This year’s theme, “Heritage: Change and Continuity”, emphasizes the dynamic nature of heritage and heritage preservation due to its constant change and innovation. It also highlights the enduring legacies of Filipino traditions.
